What Makes Asher's Nuts Special?

Asher's Nuts started with a simple idea: let a short ingredient list do the work. Instead of relying on palm oil, seed oils, gums, or stabilizers, each recipe is built around macadamias and walnuts, then balanced with a small set of familiar ingredients.

A two-nut base

Macadamias bring a naturally smooth, buttery texture. Walnuts add toasted depth and a slight earthiness that keeps the blend from tasting flat or overly sweet. Together, they create the texture and flavor that define every jar.

Three distinct flavors

Cinnamon Honey pairs the nut blend with raw honey, Ceylon cinnamon, organic coconut, and sea salt. Minus the Honey keeps the same nutty foundation without honey or refined sugar. Dark Cocoa + Sea Salt adds dark cocoa and cocoa butter for a deeper finish.

Each flavor is stone-ground and packed in small batches. Natural oil separation is normal because the recipes do not use stabilizers; a good stir brings the jar back together.
