At Asher’s Nuts, we stand behind the quality of our macadamia-walnut nut butter. If your order isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your jars arrive damaged, leaking, or not in usable condition, please email us at asher@ashersnuts.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship the correct items at no cost.
Taste/Preference Returns
Because our nut butter is a food product, we cannot accept returns once a jar has been opened if the issue is simply preference or taste. Thank you for understanding.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
