Meet the Team: Macadamias – The MVP of Our Nut Butter

Every Asher's Nuts flavor begins with macadamias. They are the ingredient behind the blend's buttery texture and mellow, rounded flavor.

Why macadamias lead the recipe

Macadamias become exceptionally smooth when stone-ground. That natural creaminess helps give the jar body without palm oil, seed oils, gums, or stabilizers. Their mild flavor also leaves room for walnuts, cinnamon, cocoa, honey, coconut, and sea salt to stay distinct.

Texture without shortcuts

Nut butter made without stabilizers can separate over time. That is expected: the natural oils rise while the ground nuts settle. Stirring the jar restores its smooth consistency, and refrigeration creates a firmer texture.

How they taste in each flavor

In Cinnamon Honey, macadamias soften the warmth of Ceylon cinnamon and raw honey. In Minus the Honey, their buttery character comes forward. In Dark Cocoa + Sea Salt, they keep the cocoa finish rich and balanced.

We use macadamias as a foundation, not a label-side accent. They set the texture, carry the other flavors, and make the macadamia-walnut blend unmistakably ours.
