SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep that information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We work hard to accurately represent our products, but due to natural variations, ingredients, and digital displays, colors and textures may appear differently. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders placed are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock availability, or errors in product information. Orders cannot be canceled once accepted unless allowed under our Refund Policy. Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges are additional unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges incurred.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is transferred to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
SECTION 6 - REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns, replacements, and refunds. Because Asher’s Nuts products are food items, opened jars cannot be returned for taste or preference reasons.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs on the Services are the property of Asher's Nuts or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without our prior written consent.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide links to third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for their content or services and you use them at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Asher's Nuts is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Asher's Nuts. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us.

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated by us.
